Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of texasfiberinternet.com (the “Site”) operated by North Carolina Fiber Internet (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, checking service availability, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms are effective as of July 22, 2026. Any subscription for fiber internet service is additionally governed by the service agreement and plan terms presented at checkout.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order or create an account. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you submit is accurate and current.
Use of the Site and acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or data;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware, scraping at disruptive volumes, or circumventing security measures;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including addresses or orders placed without authority;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone; or
- Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Site without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site for violation of these Terms.
Availability checks and service information
Address serviceability results, coverage maps, quoted speeds, and installation timeframes shown on the Site are good-faith estimates based on the information available to us and are not a guarantee that service can be delivered at a given address, at a given speed, or by a given date. Actual availability is confirmed during order processing and, where necessary, a site survey. Advertised speeds are maximum wired speeds; actual speeds vary with in-home equipment, Wi-Fi conditions, and other factors.
Orders, pricing, and billing
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are subject to change before your order is accepted. Applicable taxes and government fees may be added. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, where service is not actually available, where pricing was listed in error, or where fraud is suspected — and will refund any amounts paid for a cancelled order. Recurring billing, refunds, early-termination terms, and equipment terms for active service are set out in the plan terms presented at signup.
Accounts and communications
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. By providing your phone number or email you consent to receive transactional communications about your inquiry or service (order confirmations, installation scheduling, outage notices). Marketing communications are optional and you may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Intellectual property
The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, page designs, and software — are owned by North Carolina Fiber Internet or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
Third-party services and links
The Site may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites and services (for example, payment processors and mapping providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT INFORMATION ON THE SITE (INCLUDING SERVICEABILITY RESULTS AND PRICING) IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT ANY WARRANTY TERMS THAT APPLY TO ACTIVE INTERNET SERVICE UNDER YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, North Carolina Fiber Internet AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless North Carolina Fiber Internet and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the dispute-resolution section below, the state and federal courts located in Travis County, North Carolina will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
Dispute resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to work toward an informal resolution. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, to the extent permitted by law. Each party waives, to the fullest extent permitted, any right to a jury trial and agrees claims may be brought only on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and material changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, and any service agreement you enter into, are the entire agreement between you and North Carolina Fiber Internet regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
